No. HiringDesk can offer built-in interview slots without any calendar connection. If you already use a calendar link, Ava can use that too.
Do candidates know they're texting an AI?
Yes. Ava introduces herself as the hiring team's AI assistant and keeps every message short, clear and opt-out friendly.
How does SMS consent and STOP work?
Applicants consent on your hosted form, widget or lead form before outreach. Every thread honors STOP permanently and keeps consent records for compliance.
What counts as an applicant worked?
An applicant is worked when Ava texts them. Follow-ups, video, booking and reminders are included.
What happens when a role closes?
Ava stops new outreach, pauses related ads where possible, and keeps past applicants available in the Rehire Pool.
Can I pause?
Yes. The pause plan keeps your careers page, widget, Rehire Pool and data for $29/mo while outreach is off.
Is there a contract?
No annual contract is required. Monthly plans can be canceled from billing; yearly plans get two months free.
How does multi-location pricing work?
Every paid plan includes unlimited locations. Plans are based on active roles, seats and applicants worked, not store count.
Do you support agencies?
Yes. The Growth plan includes agency and white-label options, and the Agency Program adds multi-tenant controls for client workspaces.
