Restora Restoration is looking for a Lead Restoration Technician to manage and perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. You will lead a team on-site, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Lead a team performing water, fire, or mold damage cleanup. • Set up and monitor drying equipment at job sites. • Document project progress with photos and written reports. • Communicate job status updates to customers and management. • Train junior technicians on restoration techniques and safety. • Maintain and organize restoration equipment and supplies. • Drive company vehicles to various job locations daily. Qualifications • IICRC WRT, ASD, and FSRT certifications required • 2+ years of experience in water, fire, and mold restoration projects • Proven ability to lead and manage restoration teams on-site • Expertise in using restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and thermal imaging cameras • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project conditions About the company Restora Restoration is a company focused on providing restoration services.
