Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover esthetic theory, practical techniques, and industry standards, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements
• Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical demonstrations on skincare, facials, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and other aesthetic treatments
• Supervise students during hands-on training sessions to ensure safety, proper technique, and adherence to hygiene protocols
• Mentor students by providing constructive feedback, guidance on skill development, and career advice to foster professional growth
• Stay current with industry trends and advances in esthetic technology to incorporate innovative methods into teaching modules
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, practical exams, and performance reviews to ensure competency before certification
• Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate class schedules, curriculum updates, and student evaluations
